Flexibility is a key trait of the successful professional.  The workplace is a constantly evolving place where demands and expectations from higher ups and clients can change rapidly.  Projects get adjusted, deadlines get moved up, offices get re-organized, technologies advance, job descriptions change, and clients ask for the unexpected.  And you have to keep up with all of that. 

 

Flexibility is the ability to handle changes and keep moving without letting them affect your productivity or the quality of work.  As you prove you’re able to adapt, it enhances relations between you, your bosses and clients.  Instead of complaining about changes or resisting them, a flexible professional can be relied upon by others to roll with the punches.  The reward is often a top notch reputation in the workplace.
